What is the Ministry of foreign affairs?

There are currently three permanent representatives of Kuwait to different United Nations offices:
- Tareq M A M Albanai is the Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the United Nations Headquarters in New York. He presented his credentials to UN Secretary-General António Guterres on 2 August 2022.
- Naser Abdullah H. M. Alhayen is the Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the United Nations Office at Geneva. He presented his credentials to Tatiana Valovaya, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, on 15 August 2022
- Talal Alfassam is the Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the International Organizations in Vienna. He presented his credentials to Dennis Thatchaichawalit, the Deputy Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna, on 29 August 2022
