Colombia visa requirements for us green card holders

You need to have a valid passport and make a copy of these pages:

  • The page with your personal information.
    • Any Colombian visas you had before (if any)
    • The last time you entered or left Colombia (if any)
  • You also need a photo of yourself that meets these requirements:
    • Size: 3 cm x 4 cm
    • JPG format and no more than 300 KB (for online application)
    • White background
    • Taken in the last three months
    • Your whole face must be seen
  • You need to show your bank statements from the last six months (to prove you have enough money)
  • You need to show your travel plan and plane ticket
  • You need to show where you will stay in Colombia.
  • If you are visiting someone you know: Show how you are related or explain your relationship.

  • If you are traveling for work: Show the invitation letter from the company, what you will do there, and the company’s registration papers.
