Rules when Entering and staying in Colombia 

Colombia Resolution 2532 of 2022 is a set of health guidelines issued by the Colombian Ministry of Health and Social Protection to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19 for travelers entering or leaving Colombia.²

It mandates that travelers complete the following:

• Completion of the Check-MIG form for Colombia is mandatory.
• Travelers must present either a vaccination certificate or a negative test result.
• Adherence to biosafety protocols is required.

Eligible Countries for Colombia Check-MIG form

All nationalities staying in Colombia are eligible to obtain a Colombia Check-MIG. In addition to Colombia Check-MIG, countries below can apply for a Colombia e-visa.

How long is the Validity of Colombia Check-MIG form

The validity of the Colombia Check-MIG Form is 30 days from the date of issuance. So, you have to go to Colombia within 30 days after filling out the form. If you don’t make it within that time, your form becomes invalid, and you’ll need to fill out a new one.³

Also, remember that the Check-MIG form is only for one entry. This means you need to fill out a new form every time you go in or out of Colombia.
